The dynamics of a working team, group or department can often feel daunting! Communicating with and motivating several different personalities can challenge the skills of the most seasoned manager.

I can help you understand and work through the communication challenges including:

• Running productive meetings
• Managing "up" in your department

Rates and Sessions

Individuals - $75/hour - a typical session is 1.5 hours

Groups or Departments - $105/hour - call for details

I see clients in Seattle and Bellevue/Eastside.

Day, Evening and Weekend appointments available.
